| Pictures 1 through 8 are of a custom rotational molding oven we designed for a local company that manufactures them. Their customer needed a custom sized oven that would fit inside his current building. We designed an oven which not only fit his space, but was efficient and unconventional in this field. Rotational molding ovens are used to make hollow plastic pieces such as the little tykes toys, kayaks, etc. Picture 9 is a parts trolley system which we designed, fabricated, and installed for a customer with limited space. They made a manufacturing cell for sawing, shot blasting, turning, milling, washing, and assembly. We designed our parts trolley to fit where they wanted their manufacturing equipment. Picture 10 is a custom lathe steady rest we designed and fabricated for a company that needed the top light enough for his employee to operate by hand versus using his shop crane.
